We had John, Jalen, and Chris come out and they did a great job and got along with my dogs. I have 2 doggos and they didn't mind the one free roaming which is something I care about with these things. They cleaned out our vents and fixed the one that was not connected to our house, thank you it's been a few years.
But most of all love the name! Big fans of cryptids around here.
Adrian came out and cleaned our furnace last week. He did a professional job, and was very thorough. A very nice gentleman also. I would like to add, that we had Blake, Randy, Layna, Jalen and John come out to clean our ducts. They went through the entire system inside and under the house and brought the system back to where it is now clean and all leaks are controlled. They work fast, everyone has a predetermined duty and they do it without hesitating. I was impressed with their politeness, and professionalism. Highly recommend them!
Travis and Joy installed blown in insulation in my second story attic on 11SEP2025 and they provided Exceptional Service! They were extremely professional, personable, polite, helpful and respectful. They explained the process and answered all of my questions. They even went above and beyond by helping me remove the screen from one of my windows to accommodate the equipment. They left no mess and did a fantastic job. Highly Recommend!!!
