I had a new furnace put into my mobile home today! The two amazing gentlemen were Todd Martin & Jose Rodriguez who did the job. I highly recommend them 100%! These two gentlemen were very professional, kind, & respectful, and did their jobs with expertise, care, pride, integrity and efficiency! They were both very informative and had no problem answering my questions! They also took the time to show me how to work my new thermostat and how to maintain the new unit. I feel very Blessed! From the beginning Bigfoot has been awesome, first dealing with everything sally and Mike were top notch with communication. Then came the installation day. Don and Zach were top tier. What wa supposed to be a two day job they made sure and busted out in a day. The instal is clean, they were respectful friendly and overall made the process smooth. Then was insulation day Travis and joy were awesome and fast! Came in knocked out some attic insulation couldn’t even tell they were here! Cleaned up what little bit of mess, (I don’t think it was even there’s 😂) and took precautions to make sure there wasn’t a mess all over my house. Nice and respectful gentleman as well 5* would recommend them to anyone. The whole Bigfoot team was on point from phone call to finish!
This company provides really good service. I really do like how they was knowledgeable and went into detail every step of the way with me. so I can understand what's going on and what kind of problems I had. They were very efficient and very professional. They even fixed my screen door with their spare time lol.
